Dushanbe, 21.06.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in the metropolitan district of Somoni on the Rudak iavenue opened a complex of residential apartment buildings with commercial and service center and underground parking.
On the ground floor, the Head of State Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the conditions of trade and service center, which provided permanent jobs to 120 people, the salaries of whom are set up to 2,500 somoni.
The customer of the facility is the State Institution Department of Capital Construction of the local executive body of state authority in Dushanbe, and the contractor — Limited Liability Company «Orien-group». The construction works in the complex began in 2013. The project was prepared by LLC «Rostogiproshaht» of Russia and ordered by «Scientific Research and Design Institute SANIIOSP».
The complex of houses consists of 4 blocks and 170 apartments.
The complex has a one-storey underground parking for 30 cars, on the first and second floors there is a shopping and service center with 120 jobs, and a playground in the courtyard. In addition, the facility is provided with independent heating system Gronos (Gronos BB-240EA), private elevator and entrance for tenants, air conditioning BKAPE for apartments, CCTV inside the complex.
During the construction of the complex 350 to 400 people were provided with temporary jobs with an average salary of 1,500 to 2,000 somoni.
The Head of State during the familiarization with the quality of construction and design of spacious apartments praised the builders. This complex has added a special beauty to the appearance of the capital and its main avenue.
