Leader of the Nation has signed the decree about the dismissal of some judges
The press service of the President informs that the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon has signed decrees about dismissal of several judges.
According to the signed decrees, six judges have been dismissed, including Iskandarzoda Tohir Sa’donsho, the Chairman of the military court of Khatlon garrison, Rahimiyon Amrullo Abdujabor, first deputy chairman of the Court of Isfara city of Sughd region — on their own, Kholzoda Jomahmad Aziz, the chairman of the Court of Qubodiyon District of Khatlon Region, Qurbonzoda Toshtemir, the judge of the court of Khatlon region, Sobirzoda Turakhon Muhammad, judge of the court of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast as well as Rozikzoda Rukhsat Mirzoali, judge of the court of Sughd Region — due to the retirement age.
