Dushanbe, 29.11.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda has received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Dushanbe Oleg Ivanov. It has been reported by the press centre of the Ministry of Culture.

“During the working meeting the parties discussed issues of development of cultural relations between Tajikistan and Belarus, as well as in the sphere of arts and personnel training», — it is stated in the Ministry’s message.

One of the key issues of the meeting was to hold Cultural Days of the Republic of Belarus in Tajikistan in 2018.

Ambassador Oleg Ivanov extended to Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda an official letter of thanks of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Boris Svetlov for the holding of Culture Days of Tajikistan in Minsk at the highest level.

Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda, in turn, extended the letter of thanks addressed to Boris Svetlov through  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Tajikistan Oleg Ivanov.
