Farangis Nurullokhoja awarded the “Global Music” award
DUSHANBE, 31.03.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The award “Global Music” was awarded to Farangis Nurullokhoja, known in Tajikistan and Canada, the granddaughter of the Tajik composer, Ziyodullo Shahidi. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the press center of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
This award has been awarded to her by the results of a series of concerts of the International Symphony Orchestra. Her work “Eternity of the moment” is known in Russia, Sweden, Switzerland and other countries. It is expected that in April of this year this work will be heard by fans of the classical musical art of New York.
“Composing music is a journey into a new, unknown world, which no one had seen or heard”, — said Farangis.
Farangis Nurullokhoja was born in Dushanbe in a creative family. She first studied at Sweden Conservatory, and then continued her studies in the United States and France. Currently, she resides in a town near Montreal.
