Tajik PM Qohir Rasulzoda met with a group of deputies of the Upper House of the Japanese Parliament
DUSHANBE, 22.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Prime Minister of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda met yesterday, September 21 with the deputy of the Upper House of the Japanese Parliament, a member of the Interparliamentary Friendship Group of Tajikistan and Japan, and the chairman of the Asian Forum of Parliamentarians on Population and Development Keizo Takemi.
The parties have discussed the situation and prospects for multifaceted cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and Japan, and called the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission between Tajikistan and Japan on Trade and Economic Cooperation, which was held in April this year, a logical continuation of the interest of both sides to develop and expand relations.
It was expressed interest in developing cooperation in the fields of politics, economy, trade, health, science and culture, as well as attracting business and investment circles of Japan to implement various projects in the interests of both countries.
It was also expressed confidence that mutually beneficial cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries will promote the expansion of relations in all spheres.
