THE MELODY OF UNITY. A contest was announced for the best work on the historic session of the Supreme Council of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 28.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. A contest was announced for the best song and the best musical composition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the 16th historical session of the Supreme Council of Tajikistan in the country. The press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan reports.
The contest “Navoi Vahdat” (“The Melody of Unity”) is initiated by the Executive Committee of the Public Movement “National Accord and Revival of Tajikistan”, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Union of Composers of Tajikistan.
The competition is organized to promote the achievements of the State Independence, national accord, territorial integrity of Tajikistan, the contribution of the Leader of the Nation to the construction and strengthening of the new Tajik statehood, a sense of pride for beloved Motherland and a rich heritage of ancestors.
Through this contest, the organizers are also aimed at identifying new young talented composers and promoting various genres of professional music.
