Earthquake Shakes Parts of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 22.01.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – An earthquake has shaken part of Tajikistan today.
The earthquake was recorded at 9:33 am local time, reports the Geophysics Service of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
The epicenter was located 10 kilometers east of Dushanbe in the territory of the eastern hills.
The earthquake’s tremor in the epicenter measured 6.1 magnitude and in Dushanbe 3-4 magnitude.
Currently there is no information about whether there are any casualties or damage from the quake.
