Tajik Scientists Received One American and 11 Domestic Patents
DUSHANBE, 11.01.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – In 2018, scientists of the Academy of Sciences (AS) received 11 patents as well as one US patent for their inventions.
«About 15 works of scientists are presented for practical use in production,» said Farhod Rahimi the president of the academy, at their annual meeting.
“In 2018, Tajik scientists achieved significant scientific results and received awards from our government and from foreign countries, including Japan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and others,” he emphasized.
Following the meeting the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education and Science, as well as the academy itself awarded young scientists and AS employees with diplomas, prizes and awards.
Assistant to the President of Tajikistan on Social Issues and Public Relations Abdujabbor Rahmonzoda, Minister of Culture, Deputy Minister of Education and Science, as well as scientists and employees of AS took part in the meeting.
