Days of Tajik Film Opens Today in Tashkent
DUSHANBE, 12.04.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Days of Tajik Film will be held today and tomorrow in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, reports the state institution Sugdsinamo, named after Komil Yormatov.
As part of the Days of Tajik Film, Sugdsinamo will show the film Kosa (Cup), Safari Havoi (Air Travel) by Daler Rahmatov, Taxi by Faizullo Faiz, Khobi Hamduna (A Monkey’s Dream) by Rumi Shoazimov and Tangno by Muhiddini Muzaffar. The films will be shown for the duration of two days in the cinema named after Alisher Navoi in Tashkent.
The film Tangno is the fifth film produced by Sugdsinamo. It is based on the novel Tangnoi Geti by the Tajik writer Sorbon. It was filmed in the village of Amondara in the city of Panjikent and in Moscow, Russia. It focuses on social problems of modern society, including those related to migration.
