Emomali Rahmon Visits Republican boarding school for deaf children in Rudaki
DUSHANBE, 27.12.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited the Republican boarding school for deaf children in the Rudaki district.
Currently, the boarding school is home to 400 students and its 31 classrooms have been fitted with the necessary equipment and teaching aids and its library has 8,200 textbooks. In recent years the boarding school has been completely renovated.
The living conditions of the disabled are under the constant personal attention of the head of state, and the necessary measures are being taken regularly throughout the country.
President Rahmon presented a festive gift and two buses to the school and congratulated the students with the upcoming 2020 New Year.
President Rahmon emphasized that caring for needy, sick people and individuals with disabilities is an important component of the social policy of the government and the necessary measures are constantly being taken in this direction.
