Film Osimi Wins First Place at the International Annie Award
DUSHANBE, 24.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – American director Chris Schuller’s film Osimi won first place at the International Annie Award in the category of TV films in the United States.
The film tells about the life and state activity of one of the prominent statesmen and public figures, the great personality of the Tajik nation, the famous philosopher, orientalist, academician Muhammad Osimi (1920-1996).
The film was shot two years ago by Schuller in Dushanbe, Khujand and other Central Asian cities. The film also has English and with Tajik, Persian, Russian and Spanish subtitles.
