Tajik and Chinese Foreign Ministers Discuss Cooperation Issues

DUSHANBE, 11.09.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the established high level of trusting relations between the two countries.
The ministers also discussed in detail the implementation of the agreements reached following the results of the last telephone conversation between Residents Emomali Rahmon and Xi Jinping.
They exchanged views on Tajik-Chinese cooperation in the field of energy, industry, transportation and agriculture.
Muhriddin and Yi also agreed to further strengthen cooperation to overcome the socio-economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
