Shavkat Mirzoyoyev Congratulates Emomali Rahmon on Victory in Presidential Elections
DUSHANBE, 12.10.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the initiative of the Uzbek side.
President Mirziyoyev congratulated the leader of our nation with the occasion of his re-election as the President of Tajikistan and wished the people of Tajikistan peace, stability, and prosperity.
He also noted President Rahmon’s meritorious services before the proud people of Tajikistan. The counterparts continued discussing various aspects of the multifaceted cooperation between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and exchanged their views concerning both international and regional matters.
