DUSHANBE, 23.11.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – On November 23, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 11.3000 TJS,

1 Euro – 13.4041 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1475 TJS.

Also on November 23, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 11.3000 TJS to 11.3300 TJS

1 Euro – from 13.4041 to 13.6000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1475 TJS to 0.1510 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
