Azerbaijani FM Bayramov: We Had a Fruitful Meeting with President Emomali Rahmon

DUSHANBE, 30.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, following the meeting with President Emomali Rahmon, the Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov briefed journalists in Dushanbe.
“It is gratifying that our delegation was received by the President of Tajikistan, and I conveyed the message of the President Ilham Aliyev to Rahmon,” Bayramov told reporters.
Bayramov noted that he had a constructive meeting with President Rahmon and they discussed issues of Tajik-Azerbaijani relations, including political ties, cooperation in the fields of transportation, industry, agriculture and education.
“On the sidelines of the Heart of Asia — Istanbul Process Ninth Ministerial Conference, which will be held tomorrow in Dushanbe, the Azerbaijani delegation will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Aslov, representatives of state bodies and other colleagues from friendly and fraternal countries,” Azerbaijani FM concluded.
The Azerbaijani delegation headed by Bayramov arrived in Dushanbe today to attend the Heart of Asia — Istanbul Process Ninth Ministerial Conference.
