DUSHANBE, 15.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On April 15, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 11.3195 TJS,

1 Euro – 13.5438 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1492 TJS.

Also April 15, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 11.3195 TJS to 11.3400 TJS

1 Euro – from 13.5438 to 13.9000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1492 TJS to 0.1530 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
