Saudi Arabia Provides Medical Supplies to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 21.07.2021. (NIAT Khovar) – Saudi Arabia provided assistance to Tajikistan in the amount of $500,000 to prevent the spread of COVID-19, reports the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Aid was sent on the eve of Eid al-Adha to friendly, fraternal Muslim countries of the region and the world per initiative of the King of Saudi Arabia, Servant of the Two Shrines Salman bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Saud.
The ceremony was held at the Embassy of the Saudi Arabia in Dushanbe with the participation of Ambassador Walid Abdulrahman Al-Reshaidan and Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Shodikhon Jamshed.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the fruitful bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia.
The assistance includes medical clothing, face masks, gloves, medicines, disinfectants, and more.
