SCO Secretary General Arrives in Tajikistan to Attend Foreign Ministers Meeting

DUSHANBE, 12.07.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 10, the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Vladimir Norov arrived in Tajikistan to attend the next meeting of the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers which will be held from July 13 through July 14 in Dushanbe.
Yesterday, Norov visited Norak and got acquainted with the activities of the Norak hydroelectric power plant.
According to the visit program, SCO Secretary General is scheduled to meet with President Emomali Rahmon and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin. He is also expected to report at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Norov will also take part in a regular meeting on July 13-14.
