Prime Minister Imran Khan Will Pay Two-Day Official Visit to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 14.09.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – At the invitation of President Emomali Rahmon, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan will pay an official visit to Tajikistan on September 16. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including the foreign minister and other members of the cabinet. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.
During his stay in Dushanbe, Prime Minister Khan will take part in Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s (SCO) jubilee summit and in a joint session of the SCO and CSTO heads of state.
It is expected that he will hold talks with President Rahmon. A package of bilateral documents is expected to be signed during the visit.
Prime Minister Khan will also attend an investment and trade conference in Dushanbe.
