Tajik U-16 Football Team Ties with Moldova at the Minsk 2022 Development Cup
DUSHANBE, 08.02.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – The Tajik U-16 Football Team tied against Moldova in its opening match at the 2022 Development Cup in Minsk.
The match ended with the score of 2:2.
The Tajik team will play their next match against their peers from Belarus tomorrow at 17:40 Dushanbe time.
Ten teams are taking part in the tournament, which is divided into two groups. Tajikistan plays in Group A together Belarus (U-16), Kyrgyzstan (U-16), Moldova (U-16), and Dinamo-Minsk U-17. Group B includes Belarus (U-17), Uzbekistan (U-17), Georgia (U-17), Israel (U-17), and Minsk (U-17).
At the first stage, the teams will play in the group stage in one round. Then the winners of the groups will compete for the trophy in the final, and the teams in second places will play for bronze.
