Ambassador of Tajikistan Meets President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

DUSHANBE, 05.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On April 1, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Russia Davlatshoh Gulmahmadzoda met with the President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin.
The meeting focused on the prospects for the development of bilateral trade, as well as economic and investment cooperation.
The parties also exchanged views on ways to strengthen partnerships between the business communities of Tajikistan and Russia.
Gulmahmadzoda and Katyrin noted the need to hold business forums and industry exhibitions, to facilitate increasing trade and exchange of experience.
In this regard, the parties paid special attention to the issue of increasing the export of goods from Tajikistan to Russia.
They also expressed their readiness to assist in the intensification of Tajik-Russian business contacts in order to strengthen trade, economic and investment cooperation.
