DUSHANBE, 11.08.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Concluding his working trip to Istaravshan, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited Konibodom where he took part in the opening ceremony of the Zangula Preschool Educational Institution No. 10 constructed with the support of the government with an amount of 3.5 million somoni.

In addition, President Rahmon gave an official start to the activities of the limited liability company Konibodom Paranda, which focuses on the production of dietary poultry meat.

Konibodom Paranda has been constructed with the support of Tajik – Uzbek entrepreneurs as part of the implementation of the fourth national goal — the accelerated industrialization of Tajikistan in the rural community named after Abulqosim Lohuti of Konibodom. The poultry farm is capable of producing 2,000 tons of poultry per year.

While inspecting the growth of cotton in Rohbar Kosimov farm, President Rahmon gave a start to the operation of the water supply line for irrigation of 20 hectares of agricultural lands in these farming units.

The opening ceremony of the new building of secondary educational institution No: 15 in Madaniyat village of Konibodom, and additional building of the city’s central hospital, as well as the Kayhon outdoor children’s garden  followed the list.

He also attended an official opening of the Konibodom Dry Fruit Processing Plant owned by local businessman Safarali Bobiev. Its production capacity allows for the processing of four tons of dry fruits per day.

Thereafter, President Rahmon attended the opening of the newly-built secondary educational institution No. 7 also in Konibodom. The 1,000-seat educational institution features modern classrooms whichl supplied with necessary teaching aids.

Following the opening of the Toji Zarrin service complex, President Rahmon held a meeting with 100 orphans from the city of Konibodom, Jabbor Rasulov and Bobojon Ghafurov districts and presented them with gifts.

He also took part in the inauguration ceremony of the building of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the city of Konibodom.
