Tajikistan and Austria Hold the Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 06.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 2, the 8th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and Austria on economic cooperation was held in Vienna.
The Tajik delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Sharaf Sheralizoda and the delegation of Austria, which included representatives of numerous state structures and private companies, was headed by the Co-Chairman of the Commission, Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Group of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labor and Economics Franz Wessig.
The meeting focused on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Austria in the areas of trade and economy, agriculture, industry, transport and construction, energy, healthcare, environmental protection, disaster management and digitalization.
