Toji Somon International Film Festival Opens Today in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 16.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The opening ceremony of the Toji Somon first international film festival under the motto “History of the Development of Tajiks” will take place today in Dushanbe.
This is the first time a festival of this level has been held in Dushanbe during the period of State independence.
The event will be attended by numerous guests from Russia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, China, France, India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and other countries.
Foreign cinema days and film screenings will be held in the Navruz, Kayhon, Parthenon, Vatan and Zebunniso cinemas.
Guests of the film festival will visit the historical places of the Hissor fortress, the cities of Norak, Tursunzoda, Vahdat, the Romit and Varzob gorges.
