DUSHANBE, 23.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, Honorable Vladimir Putin, which reads in particular:
«Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
We were deeply saddened by the news of a brutal terrorist attack on the «Crocus City Hall» complex near Moscow, as a result of which a large number of Russian citizens were killed and injured.
We strongly condemn this unjustifiable act of inhuman violence.
In these sad moments, I express my sincere condolences and sympathy to you, the families and relatives of the deceased and all the friendly people of Russia. We wish for the speedy recovery of all the injured.»
