Health Care Ministry: Rapid Growth of Private Hospitals in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 01.04.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The number of private medical institutions has increased in Tajikistan. The Ministry of Health care and Social Protection reported.
«If before 2012 there were only 508 private medical institutions in Tajikistan, now this number exceeds 801,» the ministry said.
It is worth noting that in recent years, along with state medicine, private medicine has been developing in the country as part of co-operation between the state and the private sector.
Private medical institutions effectively provide the population with modern medical services through modern technologies.
