DUSHANBE, 20.04.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On April 20, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe City, Honorable Rustam Emomali, opened a five-star hotel — Kangurt Grand Hotel in Firdavsi district of the capital in in honor of the «Capital Day».

The well-designed and modern building consists of 9 floors, built in a unique architectural style and equipped according to modern requirements.

The Head of State was informed that 84 local residents will get jobs in the new hotel.

Most of the workers have service and hospitality specialties and know several foreign languages. The high level of knowledge and training of employees allows them to provide high-quality service to customers.

It was reported that Kangurt Grand Hotel has 98 rooms, including for high-ranking guests, and can accommodate 164 clients at a time.

During the visit, it was informed that in addition to chambers, the new hotel has other necessary facilities, including a venue for various conferences, a meeting hall with 40 seats and a spacious restaurant with 160 seats. The hotel has a fully equipped and modern cafe, which can serve 140 people at a time.

A separate sports hall furnished with exercise and training equipment has been built in the hotel. The provided opportunity will contribute to the improvement of the level and quality of services to customers.

A spa is organized in the basement of this facility, inside it there is a swimming pool, separate rooms with wet and dry steam, jacuzzi and other necessary facilities. Control of the water temperature of the pool and its purification system using modern devices is implemented in several stages.

The interior of Kangurt Grand Hotel is decorated with a modern architectural style, and its construction works were completed with the involvement of domestic specialists and the use of construction materials of domestic companies. The interior of the building, chambers, corridors and reception areas have been decorated with great taste and using high architectural art to make the facility beautiful and attractive.

We recall that the foundation stone for the construction of the nine-story Kangurt Grand Hotel was laid by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of the city of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali. More than 100 local builders were employed during the construction of the facility.

The nine-story hotel was built by domestic entrepreneurs under the instructions and orders of the Leader of the Nation, and its exterior is decorated with a special style and requirements of urban planning architecture. The foundation of a beautiful alley in front of the hotel adds another beauty to the building, and especially in the evenings, this place becomes charming and attractive. Because its territory is decorated with colored lights, necessary conditions have been created for customers to walk and relax in the fresh air.
