DUSHANBE, 22.08.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On August 22, a beautiful concert of the opening of Days of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the hall of Borbad Palace of the capital with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorable Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

It is gratifying that today the multifaceted friendly relations of the two countries are constantly developing in the spirit of mutual understanding, mutual respect and trust for the benefit of the countries and peoples of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

A magnificent and colorful program of Kazakh art masters and artists was presented to the guests, which was very memorable and symbolized the friendship between the peoples of the two countries.

The concert program of Kazakhstan’s art masters was received with great pleasure and applause.

During the state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Tajikistan and as part of the Days of Kazakhstan’s Culture in Tajikistan, concert programs, artist exhibitions, photo and painting exhibitions, and Kazakh cinema days will be held in the cities of Dushanbe, Bokhtar and Khujand.

Also, on August 21, a bust of the Kazakh poet and thinker Abai Kunanbaev was unveiled in the Cultural and Entertainment Park named after Abulqosim Firdavsi with the participation of the Ministers of Culture of the two countries.
