DUSHANBE, 05.09.2024 /NIAT Khovar/. On September 5, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned the administrative building of the Land Management Committee and the State Subsidiary Enterprise of Real Estate Registration in Khovaling district, which was built as part of the preparations for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The new building was built in the Bobo-Yunus area of Khovaling town community, it has two floors with a basement, 10 office rooms and a meeting hall equipped with tables and chairs and technical equipment, and it provides good working conditions for employees.

On the first floor, there is a registration and service department, a land development department and a staff room.

On the second floor of the facility there are offices of the administration and employees of the field. The works of improvement and greening around the building have been completed at a high level, the entrance road of the institution is paved and decorated with flagstones, state flag, lighting poles, seasonal and evergreen flowers and bushes.

In the basement of the administrative building there is an archive of industry documents, which is connected to the central electronic archive.

The building has a library, desks and chairs adapted to the conditions of the time, offices for the administration and employees of the Land Management Committee and the State Subsidiary Enterprise of Real Estate Registration in Khovaling district.

Construction work on the new administrative building began in November 2023 and was completed in August 2024.

The construction of the building was completed by the domestic company «Takht-Inshoot» using the production of domestic construction materials in accordance with the requirements of state standards.

16 people were employed in the process of construction work, and the project was implemented within the stipulated time with the expenditure of more than 3.2 mln. somoni.

During the acquaintance with the design of the building, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the construction works and the provided conditions.

The opening of the new building of the Land Management Committee and the State Subsidiary Enterprise of Real Estate Registration in Khovaling district adapted the working environment of the industry employees to modern times, and has improved even more the level and quality of services for land development works, real estate registration, development of construction projects, land development cases, preparing of technical certification of residences, administrative and service buildings, and production enterprises.

During the conversation with the employees of the field, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, gave useful recommendations related to improving the experience of specialists, enhancing the quality of service to customers, supporting local entrepreneurs, wide use of modern technical tools, electronic programs, and performing work on time.

It should be said that today the automatic registration system is active in the promotion of work, which has created a favorable basis for user transparency.

At present, more than 7,000 cases are stored in the archive of the State Subsidiary Enterprise of Real Estate Registration in Khovaling district. All of it is entered into an electronic archive and connected to a single central database. With the electronization of the archive, the applicants have the opportunity to get the necessary documents in a timely manner in a short period of time.
