DUSHANBE, 22.10.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 5, a meeting of the Council of Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan will be held in Dushanbe.
During the nineteenth session of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the sixth convocation it is envisaged to consider the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On the Courts of the Republic of Tajikistan’, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Amendments and Additions to the Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Tajikistan’ and ‘On Amendments and Additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan’.
Along with this, the work of the Council meeting provides for consideration of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Grain and its Products’ and ‘On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ’On Tourism”, a number of other laws adopted by the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as issues on renaming the names of some administrative-territorial units of the Republic.
