The Head of state Emomali Rahmon opens vocational training and service center in Bokhtar city

DUSHANBE, 07.11.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. In the city of Bokhtar, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put in commission the Vocational Training and Service Center under the Agency of Labor and Employment of the Population.

The institution was built with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank.

Theoretical and practical classes are held in the Center, and the conditions provided allow people of any age who have the desire to master crafts to learn various professions here.

The conditions created in this center allow training in two shifts for up to 240 people, and in this way more than 2400 people are covered with vocational training and services provided by the Center.

The Leader of the Nation was informed that the Vocational Training and Service Center consists of a spacious educational classroom with 30 computers, a practice hall, a multi-functional hall, consultation rooms, offices for the administration, 3 educational workshops, a library for the disabled, a meeting hall with 150 seats and other facilities. 

In addition to learning 5 types of professions, including electrician, welder, plasterer, plumber and solar panel maker, the center also offers learning of Korean, English and Russian languages. Welding, plastering and electrical equipment storage workshops are also located in the building. After graduation, each student will have a state certified document.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the newly built facilities, gave specific instructions and assignments to the officials for the establishment of similar centers in all cities and districts of the country, as well as the selection and deployment of teachers and training of high-level specialists.
