DUSHANBE, 28.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, held a meeting with Celeste Saulo, Secretary General of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
During the discussions, both sides focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in monitoring climate change processes and advancing joint initiatives in this critical field.
Particular emphasis was placed on the forthcoming International Conference on Glacier Preservation, underscoring its significance as a platform to elevate global awareness and foster collaborative solutions for safeguarding the region’s vital glacial resources.
