DUSHANBE, 23.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – “Tajik youth, coming of age in an atmosphere of independence, freedom, peace, stability, and national unity, must defend independent Tajikistan and its achievements as the greatest blessing for the Tajik people, and through their constructive actions further improve and advance their beloved homeland,” said President Emomali Rahmon in his congratulatory message on the occasion of Tajikistan’s Youth Day.
The Head of State reminded that the turbulent and unstable global environment, including the clash of civilizations, negatively impacts the consciousness and ideology of adolescents and youth.
“At this vulnerable stage and in challenging circumstances, you — the children of sovereign Tajikistan — must always remain vigilant, honor the language, history, culture, customs, and other national values, never succumb to alien cultural influences, and remember that each of you bears responsibility for protecting the interests of the Tajik people and the Tajik state,” President emphasized.
He noted that the youth are the architects of Tajikistan’s bright future, a reliable pillar of the state and nation, possessing a strong sense of nationality, sincere love for their homeland, and steadfast dedication to its defense.
