President Emomali Rahmon Appoints New Leadership in Health, Agriculture, Energy, and Other Key Sectors

DUSHANBE, 25.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 25, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, received for conversation the personnel appointed to leadership positions in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Energy Supervision Agency, and other structures.
Young and experienced personnel were appointed to the positions of First Deputy and Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population, Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, First Deputy and Deputy Director of the State Energy Supervision Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, First Deputy Director of the State Institution “Directorate of the Flooded Zone of the Rogun Hydroelectric Power Plant”, Deputy Head of the Main Archives Department under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Head of the State Institution “Expedition to Combat Locusts” under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the conversation, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, advised the newly appointed to work honestly and faithfully for the benefit of the state and the people of Tajikistan, including in the areas of providing high-quality medical services and social protection of the population, ensuring the country’s food security, efficient and waste-free use of water and electricity, and taking advantage of the latest achievements of science and technology and artificial intelligence in managing affairs.
It was instructed to pay great attention to the in-depth study of the latest technologies, digitalization, languages of international communication, and broadening their worldview in the education of young personnel.
Taking into account the unpredictable global situation and modern threats, it was emphasized that when performing official duties and in dealings and interactions, the interests of the independent state and the glorious people of Tajikistan should always come first.
