DUSHANBE, 23.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of his state visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh today visited the “Dusti” (Friendship) Square in Dushanbe and laid a wreath at the monument of Ismoil Somoni, the founder of the Tajik statehood.
The President of Mongolia was accompanied at the wreath-laying ceremony by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Hokim Kholiqzoda and other senior officials.
The state visit of President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh to Tajikistan, taking place from July 23 to 26, includes high-level meetings and negotiations, the signing of new cooperation agreements, and a number of significant events, including the Tajikistan–Mongolia Investment Forum and the Days of Mongolian Culture in Tajikistan.
