DUSHANBE,115.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, during his working trip to Khovaling district, remotely opened 3 secondary educational institutions, 2 kindergartens, and a tourist sports center.
The facilities were built in the villages of Chuqurak, Tagi Jar and Darai Mukhtor, improving the process of education and enlightenment and attracting teenagers and young people to exercise.
Educational institutions were built on the basis of the educational policy of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, at the expense of budget funds and contributions from residents and entrepreneurs.
Educational buildings are equipped with the most important sectoral equipment, creating a favorable environment for 2,100 students to study. Secondary educational institution No. 5 was built in the town of Munk in a modern design and style by domestic entrepreneur Zafar Safarov after a complete renovation.
The facility has 34 classrooms and is designed to accommodate 1,300 students in two shifts.
Secondary educational institution No. 31, located in the village of Tagi Jar, Jombakht rural district, has 10 classrooms, a teacher’s house, and other auxiliary facilities, which were built by the State Institution «Directorate for the Construction of Government Facilities» of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The construction and commissioning of secondary educational institution No. 10 in the village of Chuqurak, Jonbakht rural district, is a continuation of these initiatives and measures. The institution was built with the contribution of local entrepreneur Abdullo Hasanov with modern conditions and is designed to accommodate 300 students in two shifts.
It was reported that currently in Khovaling district there are 51 educational institutions, 1 private gymnasium, 1 state gymnasium, and 1 boarding lyceum with a total enrollment of 13,464 students.
Preschool institutions, which were virtually commissioned with the participation of the Head of State in the Mirzo Tursunzoda neighborhood of Munk town and in the Tagi Jar village of Jonbakht rural community, have good educational conditions and are equipped with specialized equipment.
Another facility — the Sports and Tourism Center in the village of Darai Mukhtor, which was remotely opened by the Head of State, lays the foundation for the formation of a healthy lifestyle. The facility was built by domestic entrepreneurs Ismoil Sadirov and Fazliddin Kenjaev to celebrate the great national holiday — 35th anniversary of state independence, and after its launch, 20 local residents will be provided with jobs. This complex consists of two floors and a hotel, and can serve more than 100 travelers at a time.
