On October 22, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put into operation the Central Stadium of Vose district with 21 thousand seats.

The facility was built by the “Directorate for the Construction of Government Facilities” of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for training and matches of the district’s football teams, holding competitions, promoting sports and attracting young people and teenagers to football.

Construction work began in 2017 and was completed at a cost of about 69 million somoni.

The length and width of the football field is 105 by 68 meters and has natural grass.

While getting acquainted with the conditions of the stadium, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, talked with the members of the “Hulbuk” football team, which represents the Vose district in the Tajikistan Championship among the teams of the Higher League, and advised them to love sports, develop professional skills and worthy representation of the Motherland and the nation.

The stadium has 4 stands for fans and 21 thousand seats.

The stadium building consists of three floors, including work rooms, changing rooms, bathrooms and other auxiliary rooms. It also has sports halls equipped with modern sports equipment, a place for honored guests, a conference room with 40 seats and a veranda, which meets modern requirements.

Two fields for mini-football, volleyball and basketball, a parking lot for cars, an electrical substation, a vertical well to supply the stadium with water and other auxiliary facilities have been built on the territory of the facility.

The commissioning of such modern facilities in the district will provide the necessary opportunities for the development of sports and the organization of various health-improving events.

Currently, within the framework of the State Program for the Development of Football of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026, the construction of another 130 facilities is underway in the Khatlon Province, which will lay the foundation for the implementation of the goals of the global initiative of Tajikistan to promote football.
