On February 17, 2026, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva Mr.Sharaf Sheralizoda met with Secretary-General of the International Civil Defense Organization Mr.Arguj Kalantarli.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on ways to expand fruitful collaboration, including through the implementation of projects to equip and strengthen the capacity of civil defense facilities in Tajikistan.
At the same time, an invitation was handed to the Secretary-General of the International Civil Defense Organization to participate in the 4th High-Level International Conference on the Implementation of the International Decade for Action, “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028”.
