Tajik Cinema Days Open in Uzbekistan, Showcasing National Films

The Days of Tajik Cinema began March 23 in Uzbekistan and will continue through March 25, Khvar reported, citing Tojikfilm State Institution.
The event is being held at the National Palace of Cinematography of Uzbekistan, where audiences can explore leading examples of Tajik cinema.
Feature films including “Fish in Six,” “In the Pursuit of Truth” and “Life Is Beautiful” are scheduled for screening.
Organizers say the event will help strengthen cultural ties between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and promote the achievements of Tajik national cinema internationally.
