Tajik-Russian inter-ministerial political consultations took place in Dushanbe
Dushanbe, 10.11.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Sirodjidin Aslov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan on November 9 has received Grigoriy Karasin, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, who arrived in Dushanbe to attend the inter-ministerial political consultations between Tajikistan and Russia.
“During the talks the parties noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of bilateral and multilateral relations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation, as well as discussed the promising directions of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries”, — MFA Information Department reports.
According to the Ministry, following the meeting political consultations took place on the prospects of bilateral cooperation and the situation in Central Asia.
We recall that the Tajik delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadsharif Haqdod.
