Rustam Nazarzoda discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation with the World Bank delegation
DUSHANBE, 02.03.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Rustam Nazarzoda, Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan received the World Bank delegation headed by Radhika Srinivasan, a leading provider of banking transactions.
According to the Committee’s report, during the meeting Rustam Nazarzoda told about the occurred situation in the country, on the activities of the Committee, structural parts and its international cooperation.
“Radhika Srinivasan pointed out that the Committee has recently completed useful works for the prevention and elimination of natural disasters, particularly for the elimination of the consequences of mudslides and avalanches, — says the report of the Committee, adding that “The World Bank’s representative emphasized the further development and strengthening cooperation with the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan».
It is reportedly said that during the meeting both sides had an exchange of views on prospects of bilateral cooperation and discussed the issues of mutual interest.
