Tajik, Pakistan PMs hold talks in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 06.07.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Yesterday, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda has met with the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif here in Dushanbe.
During the meeting the issues to develop and expand intergovernmental relations between Tajikistan and Pakistan in perspective spheres, including in the spheres of politics, transport, communications, economy, trade, investment, science, technology, and culture were discussed.
The two parties have expressed confidence that bilateral and multilateral relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and Islamic Republic of Pakistan will continue to develop and expand with the efforts of the top leadership of the two countries, and will serve the interests of the two peoples of one large region.
The parties have also expressed interest in strengthening trade-economic cooperation taking into account the activation of the work of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
