International charity sale took place in Beijing
DUSHANBE, 31.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. An international charity fair “Love Know No Borders- to Jointly Built the Healthy Home in Yunnan” was held in Beijing on October 29th. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the source, the fair was initiated by the spouse of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Wang Yi, Ms. Qian Wei and took place with the assistance of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. The representatives of more than 80 diplomatic missions and international organizations of the hosting state attended the event, each had its own booth with their cultural and art attributes, as well as national dishes.
It is reported that the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan also participated in the fair by presenting its booth — “Tajikistan”, and exhibited and sold national decorative embroidery, such as “suzani”, “gulduzi”, “gourab” and handicrafts, as well as national souvenirs, atlas, musical instruments, national clothes from different regions of Tajikistan. Also the Tajik dastarkhan were offered to the esteemed guests.
The collected money from the sale were donated as the charity to the aforementioned fair — medical center for one of the county of the Yunnan Province of PRC.
