Tajikistan and Uzbekistan foreign ministries held consular consultations
DUSHANBE, 29.08.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, in Dushanbe city, in accordance with cooperation program were held consular consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As Tajikistan’s foreign ministry reports, the consular consultations were held under the leadership of the Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Bahrom Kholnazarov and the Head of the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ulfat Kadirov.
According to the source, during the consular consultations the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, legal assistance and legal status of citizens and other issues related to consular activity. In particular, the parties also had an exchange of views on the implementation of international conventions and agreements, as well as expressed their satisfaction over their implementation.
