DUSHANBE, 15.09.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, September 15, the Russian service of NIAT “Khovar” under this title published an analytical article of the well-known Tajik political scientist Rustam HAIDAROV.

The author in his article, in particular, writes: “The Republic of Tajikistan today is confidently building a legal, secular and democratic state, and the people of Tajikistan will not turn away from this path. The Tajikistanis will resolutely fight any radical ideology and extremist-terrorist groups that will threaten our constitutional order. Members of the “National alliance” of the Tajik opposition do not in themselves represent any danger for Tajikistan. I think that danger lies in their ideology of war and chaos. But the most important threat to the national security of Tajikistan, in my opinion, is the patrons of this “National alliance”, both in the West and in the East. The “National alliance” of the Tajik opposition is a new puppet in their hands. Such alliances are simply not created on an equal footing. They are created for big money to achieve certain geostrategic tasks”.

In continuation of this opinion, he notes that obviously, after the failure in Syria, some superpowers will try to recoup in Tajikistan, which is part of Russia’s geopolitical orbit. In this case, a big bet will be made on the “National alliance” of the Tajik opposition. I am also sure that now the “National alliance” of the Tajik opposition is not ready for a political dialogue with official Tajikistan, since this alliance was created on September 9, 2018, not for this purpose. Indicative in this sense is another provocation of representatives of the «National Alliance» of the Tajik opposition, which took place a few days ago in Warsaw. The official delegation of Tajikistan has already announced the release of all «political prisoners», whose names were announced by the «National Alliance», and the atmosphere of the talks of the Tajik official delegation with representatives of the «National Alliance» of the Tajik opposition was constructive. Perhaps the peaceful act of the Tajik official delegation would be the basis for further dialogue between the two sides. But, as I said, the “National alliance” of the Tajik opposition is not ready for dialogue, since it was created not for the peace, but for the war”.

“In conclusion, I can say with confidence that the people of Tajikistan, which today rallied around the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, will not allow the “National alliance” and its patrons in the West to carry out a second civil war in Tajikistan. Our people paid too much for today’s peace and political stability on the Tajik land. We, Tajikistanis, under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, all will stand as one to defend our Fatherland”, — concluded the author.
