Tajikistan and Belarus Expand TV and Radio Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 22.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Chairman of the Committee for Television and Radio Nuriddin Said met with the Belarusian Ambassador to Tajikistan Oleg Ivanov.
The meeting focused on the expansion of cooperation in the field of television and radio, including training and exchange of experience.
“We are ready to expand bilateral relations with Belarus in the field of TV and radio,” expressed Said.
It was stressed that the expansion of bilateral relations is an important basis for the presentation of history, civilization, culture, progress in various sectors of the national economy, historical and tourist sites, as well as the unique nature of the two countries.
Ivanov expressed the readiness of the Belarusian side to organize training courses and professional development of creative and technical groups of the Tajik state TV and radio channels in Belarus.
The parties also discussed the exchange of programs, films, videos and posters promoting the achievements of the years of independence, beautiful landscapes, historical and tourist sites and their broadcasting on state TV and radio channels of both countries.
