Tajikistan Is Extremely Concerned About Military Clash Between Azerbaijan and Armenia

DUSHANBE, 29.09.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan is extremely concerned about the military clash between Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.
“We urge the parties to take measures to end hostilities. We believe that the solution to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only by political and diplomatic methods,” the ministry’s statement reads.
Tajikistan emphasizes the exceptional importance of a peaceful solution to existing contradictions within the framework of generally recognized international norms.
