DUSHANBE, 04.11.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – On November 4, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.3399 TJS,

1 Euro – 12.0491 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1277 TJS.

Also on November 4, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 10.3399 TJS to 10.3400 TJS

1 Euro – from 12.0491 to 12.5000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1277 TJS to 0.1330 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
