Over 10 Vocational Training Centers Will Be Built in Tajikistan By 2022

DUSHANBE, 19.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population in collaboration with the National Social Investment Fund of Tajikistan and the World Bank will put into operation 12 vocational training centers. This decision was made on February 17 at a meeting of the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population Shirin Amonzoda with the Director of the National Social Investment Fund of Tajikistan Sherali Sidikzoda.
Training centers will be built and equipped for young people in Kulob, Mir Said Ali Hamadoni, Farkhor and Panj of Khatlon, and in Khorog, Vanj, Shugnon and Ishkoshim of GBAO, which will help young people to become professionals.
The meeting also focused on issues of cooperation, strengthening activities in the development of the necessary infrastructure, and the practical implementation of the Strengthening Socio-Economic Stability Project.
