Tajikistan Introduces Blended Learning

DUSHANBE, 13.12.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The development of blended learning in Tajikistan was discussed in Dushanbe on December 9-10, reports the Academy of Education.
Specialists from the Ministry of Education and Science, the Academy of Education, and the Republican Institute for Education Development took part in the discussion regarding the implementation of this training system.
Definitions of blended learning and ways they differ from other models, such as, for example, e-learning using digital educational platforms, as well as traditional we part of the discussion.
The advantages and disadvantages of such training, the models which teachers can successfully apply in their activities, were likewise noted.
Blended learning is a combination of traditional forms of classroom learning with elements of e-learning, which uses special information technologies such as computer graphics, audio and video, and interactive elements.
The blended learning process is a sequence of phases of traditional and e-learning that alternate over time.
